Extract and run ChromePortable or ChromiumPortable or IronPortable.
Chromium Latest Installer will download latest build (you can run also as updater to check if you have latest).
If you want to add parameters, start in incognito mode, delete cache or allow multiple instances: edit *Portable.ini.
Extract Plugins: Flash 10.0.22.87 & Gears 0.5.21.0.
Settings of installed Chrome should be preserved.
